Suman Pushparajah

Founder & CEO

Suman is the former CEO and Board Director of a TSX-listed company. Under his leadership, the company expanded globally, creating a tech platform for on-demand, subscription services, and supply chain mobility solutions. He led strategic acquisitions including FoodMJV, Steer, and EcoCRD, and raised over $39 million over five years. Previously, Suman spearheaded the digital transformation of social housing at the City of Toronto, implementing enterprise tech solutions across Ontario.

Sana Srithas

Founder & COO

Sana is an experienced operator having worked across various sectors including mobility and SaaS. Previously, she was Director of Operations for a publicly listed tech company (TSX.V) where she led revenue growth from $4M to $54M over four years. In her role, she successfully led nationwide implementation of an enterprise solution for Walmart Canada. Prior to that, she was Chief of Staff at the Federal Government of Canada. Sana graduated from the University of Toronto.

Khurram Qurashi

Khurram brings over 25 years of experience in accounting and corporate finance. As a Chartered Professional Accountant, he has held senior positions with several small to medium-sized public companies and has been a key member of multiple merger and acquisition teams. Khurram is the CFO of Everybody Loves Languages Inc. and a partner at CGK LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants.

Prof. Subha Fernando is a Professor of Artificial Intelligence at the University of Mauritius. Etienne brings over 22 years of experience in research administration, business development, and corporate performance. He has served as CEO of CardioComm since 2010, after roles as its CFO and Board Director. He is also COO and Financial Officer of the Canadian Heart Research Centre and MD Primer Inc., and previously led St. Michael's Hospital Health Sciences Research Centre in Toronto.

Rob is a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of experience scaling SaaS, AI, IoT, telecom, and industrial technology companies. He is Managing Partner of RevQuotient, providing strategic advisory and board governance to growth-stage firms. He previously served as CEO of 6Harmonics and founded WireIE, and currently leads Business Development at MID Group.
